Processing times
Most personalised orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Larger, bulk or complex custom jobs may take longer; we will contact you if extra time is needed.
Australia-wide delivery
- Standard shipping: $6.95
- Free standard shipping: orders of $75 or more
- Express shipping: $15
Delivery estimates begin after your order has been made. Express shipping speeds up the postal journey but does not shorten the production time. Available options are confirmed at checkout.
Local pickup
Local pickup is available in Moruya Heads. Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before collecting. Pickup instructions will be included in your notification.
Address changes and delays
Please check your address carefully at checkout and contact us as soon as possible if you notice an error. Once an order has been dispatched, an address change might not be possible and redelivery costs may apply.
Carrier delays can happen outside our control, but we will help if a tracked parcel is delayed or missing.
