These terms apply when you purchase from Matt’s Laser Engraving through this website.
Orders and payment
Prices are displayed in Australian dollars. Payment is required at checkout. We may contact you if information is missing or if an item is unsuitable for the requested engraving.
Personalisation
You are responsible for checking the spelling, phone numbers, dates, names and other details supplied with your order. Colours and natural materials can vary slightly, and engraving appearance may vary with the material.
Artwork and permissions
By submitting text, logos, images or artwork, you confirm that you have permission to use them. We may decline content that is unlawful, offensive or infringes another person’s rights.
Production and delivery
Most personalised orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Estimates are not guarantees. Delivery time is additional and carrier delays can occur.
Australian Consumer Law
Our goods and services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes or limits those rights.
